BECOME A CHAPTER CORRESPONDENT

Help Us See What Is Happening Where You Are.

Every chapter is creating history in real time. The question is whether that history is being documented well enough for the Fellowship to see it, understand it, and remember it.

The Sword & Spear is building a selective network of Chapter Correspondents who will serve as trusted editorial connections between their chapters and the publication. Correspondents help identify meaningful stories, document chapter activity with intention, and make sure the work of Fellowmen has a clear pathway into the Fellowship’s editorial and historical record.

This is not just about sending photos or filling out forms. It is about recognizing significance, telling the story well, and helping your chapter become more visible, more intentional, and better represented.

You do not need to be a professional journalist, writer, or photographer. We are looking for Fellowmen who are observant, reliable, connected, willing to learn, and committed to doing the work at a high standard.

Selected Correspondents will also receive direct mentorship and development through the Sword & Spear editorial network, with opportunities to sharpen their storytelling, communication, documentation, leadership, and professional skills.

If you want to help make sure the work happening where you are is not only done, but seen, documented, and preserved, we invite you to apply.

See the work. Develop the story. Preserve the record.
