What Is a Chapter Correspondent?

A Chapter Correspondent is the official storyteller and communicator for their chapter or region within The Sword & Spear editorial ecosystem.

They are the ones who ensure that:

Achievements are honored
Moments are remembered
Brotherhood is never forgotten

Simply put:
The Chapter Correspondent protects the voice of their chapter, and ensures it becomes part of Groove’s legacy.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Submitting at least one update or story each quarter (events, service projects, milestones, new member spotlights, academic achievements, etc.)

  • Coordinating brief interviews with chapter leadership if needed

  • Submitting photos when available (high-quality moments that show Brotherhood in action)

  • Providing real-time updates when major chapter events happen (optional but encouraged)

Being a Chapter Correspondent means:

  • Your chapter’s moments will not fade into silence.
