Hosted by Groove Phi Groove Social Fellowship, Inc., the D.R.E.A.M. Summit is an annual youth development initiative held during the fellowship’s International Conclave.
Each year, Fellowmen gather in a host city and dedicate a day to investing in young men through mentorship, education, and intentional engagement.
This is not simply a gathering.
It is a commitment to the future.
What is the D.R.E.A.M Summit?
The Impact We Are Called to Make
There is a defining period in the life of a young man when direction is not yet clear, but possibility is forming.
For high school students preparing for what comes next, and for early college students navigating who they are becoming, guidance matters.
The D.R.E.A.M. Summit meets young men in that moment.
It provides:
Exposure to educational and professional pathways
Access to mentorship rooted in lived experience
Conversations that shape identity, discipline, and purpose
An environment where potential is recognized and affirmed
Participants do not simply attend.
They engage.
They reflect.
They begin to see differently.
Throughout the summit, participants engage in structured discussions led by Fellowmen and community leaders.

College Readiness and Higher Education Planning
HBCU Awareness and Opportunity
Mental Health and Personal Well-Being
Financial Literacy and Long-Term Thinking
A featured guest speaker further reinforces the importance of vision, discipline, and responsibility.
The result is a day grounded in mentorship, education, and meaningful connection.
